I’ve used regular penis sleeves with straps before and they always needed some adjusting when moving around. This one feels much more secure because the whole sleeve is built into the silicone pants. The coverage around the hips and thighs helps keep the front in a more consistent position, which is probably my favorite part of the design.
The sleeve itself is seriously thick, so I wouldn’t buy this expecting something subtle or lightweight.
