I would caution riding it in a vertical position, it is LONG, very long. Horizontal use is much safer and easy with the length. The ridges, or veins, add a lot, at least for anal. I can’t comment on vaginal use. We don’t mix toy holes. Normal condoms work fine, but probably won’t reach the balls. It is easy to clean and is holding up well.This is a great toy for a strap-on.
