Did not have an odor when arrived like some. I don’t take it up the bum too often. This toy is the perfect size and thickness. Didn’t cause any bleeding. Left a pleasurable feeling for a few hrs. The suction part didn’t work well but the toy stayed up. I kept the plain cardboard box to store the toy when not in use. So far used it twice and it doesn’t smell like butt.
