Cancel Order
We accept order cancellation before the products are shipped. If the order is confirmed cancelled, the refund amount you will receive will be the total amount paid minus the bank processing fees. We will process the refund
action within 3 business days.
We do not accept order cancellation request once the order is shipped out,
please ensure your items are what you want before checking out.
Unsatisfied Product
We want you to be happy with your purchase from dildosir. If you are not
satisfied with your product, please email us at: dildosir@gmail.com to request the return. We do not accept returned items
that are sent back directly without notifying us first. Return shipping cost is
non-refundable.
Defective Item
We want to make sure you have a properly working product, so in the event you
receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please let us know within 30 days after it is delivered, so we can help make it right.
Lost Item
If the product you purchased from dildosir.com is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us by dildosir@gmail.com, we will arrange a free replacement for you.
Non-refundable
Given the nature of our products, we do not take returns in the following
cases. We do this for the safety and care of our customers, so please select
your items carefully.

select the wrong item or color of an item, it cannot be exchanged for something
different.
② If the
item was used, it cannot be sent back.
Note: We do not refund items sent to an incorrect address given by the customer.
