The hole to charge it is covered by the rubbery stuff..I just pushed the plug through where it looked like it was supposed to go.At first I thought it was broken..but figured out, gotta click it few times. And it'll turn on.Pretty strong buzz for the money.

I've had this item for a few weeks now. I have only had to charge it once since then. It has so many settings so just find one you like and enjoy! It's very easy to clean and charge. It's smaller than I thought it would be but I'm not complaining, it gets the job done ladies! Plus you can carry it literally anywhere and it actually looks like a lipstick!

Well, this thing is awesome. The speeds you can choose from which I like. I’m new to this so I was trying to find something that wasn’t too much. Well after my second use of it, it stopped working. I wasn’t able to use it fully because it wouldn’t stay powered on even after me charging it. I would recommend this if you just want to get off once or twice but if you plan on using something daily, I would recommend investing in something different.
