Stiff enough to stand up straight but flexible enough to feel realistic. Material is nice and soft with a little but of skin like tack. Perfect length. Suction cup is great. Holds well enough to my shower wall.

Nice if you want a longer and/or thicker toy, but still not so huge that it intimidates. I was able to enjoy the full length, but must say could feel the firm head every moment. Wish it was available longer and slightly thicker.

I find this toy to be a very good choice for beginners. The size is not intimidating, and it is firm with a decent amount of flexibility.
