I ordered this twice. My first one got destroyed by my pet but it was phenomenal. I loved it so much I wanted to replace it. I placed my order, received my product, charged it up, and was severely disappointed. The product only held a charge for maybe ten minutes tops and was insanely loud. I reached out to the company's customer service department and they are replacing the product for me. They were quick to respond and to get the new item out. Once I have my replacement, I will update this accordingly.
