My wife ordered this - and she LOVES it! I find the gag isn't too big, thankfully, and the dildo not too large either.

The gag/dildo were wrapped in plastic on arrival, but it's pretty easy to remove. You can pull the dildo out of the harness, wash it, and replace it pretty easy.

While I know it's a face-mounted one, using the mouth gag as a handle and the rest as an adult toy seems to work the best. If it's used the way it is designed positioning can be tricky. I would still recommend trying, again I'm sure you can be creative and find a use you both enjoy
