It was a phenomenal toy, but it stopped working after my first use. I contacted the company and they got back to me the same day, addressed the issue, and offered a replacement or refund. I’m definitely getting it replaced. It was the best thing I’ve purchased in a while, and now that I know they’re customer service is AMAZING, I will continue to purchase their products. I recommend taking it slow when you first use it. Even on the lowest settings I felt my soul leave my body a few times. Enjoy it though ;)

Received a rechargeable version. Ordered a battery operated version. Please advise if I got the wrong one or the description is wrong. Won't use until I know if I can get the battery version.

Love this vibrator! I’ve always wanted to try a rabbit but they always seemed a bit intimidating. With the different settings, it’s very adjustable to get the exact intensity you want. Their customer service team is also fantastic. Erin helped out when I had an issue with the charger and was very prompt with her responses.
