Not only does the rabbit portion vibrate on this model, but it also vibrates the shaft as well. But, the biggest positive of this thing is definately the thrusting. It is a very slow grinding type of thrust that seems to take her to the edge faster than ever. We were worried about the size before ordering, but it turned out fine. We decided to include three photos showing the relative sizes using quarters. The first is the normal non-extended size. The second photo shows the size when it is fully extended (one additional quarter). The last photo is for girth comparison. Get this one, you will not be sorry! You can thank us later LOL.
