This toy has a lot going on with an inflation and squirting function that utilize plastic hoses that come out of each side. The toy itself has a nice soft silicone feel to it with a good amount of squish and flexibility. The colors really look great in person with a vibrant blue for the base and a red and silvery swirl for the main body. The suction cup base works okay. The cup itself is not very deep and apart of the oblong shape. It seems to release suction on its own from time to time if bumped or pulled the wrong direction.
The inflation utilizes a small purple hand pump. The listing indicates up to 15 pumps is safe for the toy. At 15 pumps it has a considerable bulb toward the base that is slightly off center. It takes a hard squeeze to use the pump but it expands quickly and also goes back to its original size and shape without problem. It seems like it will hold up with use and not degrade.
The squirting function uses a plastic syringe that connects to the opposite hose of the inflation. It seems to work well without much force on the plunger.
It takes a bit longer to clean and maintain having to work around the hoses and also bundling them up neatly after. The design is well done with working well working functions and the main toy has a nice feel to the material.
