How to Choose a Size

Choose primarily according to the unstretched hollow-channel width and the amount of external girth you want to add.

Size S has the narrowest 1.02-inch channel and the smallest exterior, making it the most compact option. Size M has a 1.10-inch channel and increases to 1.69 inches externally, providing a balance between length and added thickness. How to Wear
